3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within Dar es Salaam region with plans to expand to other regions soon.
Delivery Time: 1-3 business days within Dar es Salaam, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs: Calculated based on your location and order size. Free delivery on orders over TZS 100,000.
Delivery Hours: Our delivery team operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

4. Order Modifications

Need to make changes to your order? Here's what you need to know:

Before Processing: You can modify your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer service.
After Processing: Once your order is being processed, modifications may not be possible.
Address Changes: Contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address.

5. Order Cancellations

Full Refund: Orders cancelled before processing are eligible for full refund.
Partial Refund: Orders cancelled during processing may incur a small processing fee.
Non-cancellable: Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
